Ronald A. D’Amato

Ronald A. D’Amato

Ron is a 1984 graduate of the New England Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences. He became a licensed funeral director in 1985 and has been a funeral director at McKenna-Ouellette since 1989. Ron is also a licensed preneed insurance agent.

Ron’s involvement in the community includes a membership on the Salvation Army Advisory Board, a member of the Society of Catholic Laymen, the D’Youville Manor Men’s Guild, the East End Social Club, Communicant of St. Francis Church in Dracut, a member and president of St. Vincent de Paul Society-St. Francis Conference in Dracut, a trustee for Washington Savings Bank, and a member of the board of directors of the Dracut Soccer Association.

Ron is married to Danielle (Caraviello), has three daughters, Sawyer, Quinn, and Emerson, and enjoys coaching soccer in his spare time.

James W. McKenna

Jay is a 1983 graduate of the New England Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences, and received his funeral director’s license that same year. Jay is also a licensed preneed insurance agent. He was the director of James W. McKenna & Sons from 1983 until the merger with Leo J. Ouellette & Son in 1989, and has been a funeral director with McKenna-Ouellette Funeral Home since that year. Jay’s memberships in community organizations include the, Dracut Knights of Columbus Council 4225, Society of Catholic Laymen, D’Youville Manor Men’s Guild, East End Social Club, and the Ancient Order of Hibernians. He is also a Communicant of St. Michael Church in Lowell, and a member and president of St. Vincent de Paul-St. Michael Conference in Lowell. Jay is married to Marianne (Hoare), and they have three children, J. Walter, Ellen, and Patrick. In his spare time, Jay enjoys coaching T-ball, baseball and basketball teams in Lowell.

Jerelyn R. (Rondeau) Serra

Jerelyn R. Rondeau

Jerelyn is a 2002 graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Lowell earning a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She then attended The Funeral Institute of New England, graduating in 2009 and became a licensed funeral director that same year.

Jerelyn's involvement in the community includes a membership in the Dracut Garden Club, a Board Member for the Power of Flowers Project, and a member of the Massachusetts Coalition for Suicide Prevention- Northeast Region. She is also a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of MA.

Jerelyn resides in Chelmsford with her husband, Glenn. In her spare time, she enjoys spending summers on Cobbett's Pond in Windham, NH with her family and friends, and traveling whenever possible.

Arthur D. Sutcliffe

Arthur D. Sutcliffe

Arthur is a 1987 graduate of the New England Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences and became a licensed funeral director that same year. He was a funeral director at the former Saunders Funeral Home and the Mahoney Funeral Home in Lowell. Arthur joined the Staff at McKenna-Ouellette Funeral Home in January 0f 2011.

Born and raised in Lowell, Arthur has many interests in the area. He currently serves as chairman of the Lowell Festival Foundation, a producing partner of the Lowell Folk Festival and the Lowell Summer Music Series. Arthur also serves as a member of the Salvation Army advisory board and the Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the East End Club in Lowell. Arthur is a communicant of St. Mary Church in Chelmsford.

He is married to Deborah (Bean) and has a daughter and son in law, Beth and Charles Carter; and two grandsons Isaac and Noah Carter.
